Life skills for thinking, deciding and living well in a complex, data‑rich world shaped by AI
George’s career spans seafaring, military leadership, shipping operations, logistics procurement, data analytics and senior roles in strategic projects and business intelligence. He has worked across Australian and New Zealand supply chains and on projects involving North East Asia, South East Asia and the United States, managing portfolios such as intermodal, stevedoring and port services, vessel chartering, contract and vendor management, and customer relationships.
Today, he focuses on strategic projects, business intelligence and data‑driven decision‑making, turning complex operational and commercial data into insights, visualisations and stories that support organisational excellence. Alongside this, he maintains a strong interest in continuous improvement, team development, productivity and process automation, drawing on Lean Six Sigma and change management experience.
